Login Help
If you are having trouble logging into TOTALCARE, please enable cookies in your browser and try again.
If you're using Internet Explorer 6.0:
- Choose Tools, then
- Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab,
- Move the slider to accept cookies.
If you're using Internet Explorer 5.0:
- Choose Tools, then
- Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab,
- Click Internet, then Custom Level.
- Scroll down to Cookies and choose one of the two options.
If you're using Internet Explorer 4.0:
- Choose View, then
- Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab,
- Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under Security and choose one of the three options to regulate your use of cookies.
If you're using Netscape:
- Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
- Click "Advanced" in the "Category" portion of the window.
- Under the "Cookies" area, click either "Accept all cookies," or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server."
- Click "OK."
If you're using AOL 9.0
- Fully close AOL before applying the settings (AOL inherits the browser settings from Internet Explorer)
- Open IE browser. Select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
- Make sure that the slider is set for "Low" privacy
- Click on "Advanced" button
- Select "Override automatic cookie handling"
- Select "Always allow session cookies"
- Click "OK" to close the "Advanced Privacy Settings" window.
- Click on "Edit" button (in the "Web Sites" section of "Internet Options"
window)
- In the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window, enter www.datamaxstlouis.com in the textbox for
"Address of Web site" and click on "Allow" button.
- Click "OK" to close the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window.
- Click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" window.
- Open AOL (& login) and start browsing the website (www.datamaxstlouis.com).
If you're using AOL 8.0
- Fully close AOL before applying the settings (AOL inherits the browser settings from Internet Explorer)
- Open IE browser. Select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
- Make sure that the slider is set for "Medium" privacy
- Click on "Advanced" button
- Select "Override automatic cookie handling"
- Select "Always allow session cookies"
- Click "OK" to close the "Advanced Privacy Settings" window.
- Click on "Edit" button (in the "Web Sites" section of "Internet Options" window)
- In the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window, enter www.datamaxstlouis.com in the textbox for "Address of Web site" and click on "Allow" button.
- Click "OK" to close the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window.
- Click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" window.
- Open AOL (& login) and start browsing the website (www.datamaxstlouis.com).
If you're using AOL 7.0 with IE 6.x

- From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
- Select Preferences
- Select Internet Properties (WWW)
- Select the Security tab
- Select the Custom Level tab
- Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
- Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
- Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings
If you're using AOL 6.0
- From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings
- Select Preferences
- Select Internet Properties (WWW)
- Select the Security tab
- Select the Custom Level tab
- Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
- Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
- Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings
