If you are having trouble logging into TOTALCARE, please enable cookies in your browser and try again.

If you're using Internet Explorer 6.0:

1. Choose Tools, then
2. Internet Options.
3. Click the Privacy tab,
4. Move the slider to accept cookies.

If you're using Internet Explorer 5.0:

1. Choose Tools, then
2. Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab,
4. Click Internet, then Custom Level.
5. Scroll down to Cookies and choose one of the two options.

If you're using Internet Explorer 4.0:

1. Choose View, then
2. Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab,
4. Scroll down to the yellow exclamation icon under Security and choose one of the three options to regulate your use of cookies.

If you're using Netscape:

1. Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
2. Click "Advanced" in the "Category" portion of the window.
3. Under the "Cookies" area, click either "Accept all cookies," or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server."
4. Click "OK."

If you're using AOL 9.0

1. Fully close AOL before applying the settings (AOL inherits the browser settings from Internet Explorer)
2. Open IE browser. Select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
   - Make sure that the slider is set for "Low" privacy
   - Click on "Advanced" button
   - Select "Override automatic cookie handling"
   - Select "Always allow session cookies"
   - Click "OK" to close the "Advanced Privacy Settings" window.
   - Click on "Edit" button (in the "Web Sites" section of "Internet Options" window)
3. In the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window, enter www.datamaxstlouis.com in the textbox for "Address of Web site" and click on "Allow" button.
4. Click "OK" to close the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window.
5. Click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" window.
6. Open AOL (& login) and start browsing the website (www.datamaxstlouis.com).

If you're using AOL 8.0

1. Fully close AOL before applying the settings (AOL inherits the browser settings from Internet Explorer)
2. Open IE browser. Select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
   - Make sure that the slider is set for "Medium" privacy
   - Click on "Advanced" button
   - Select "Override automatic cookie handling"
   - Select "Always allow session cookies"
   - Click "OK" to close the "Advanced Privacy Settings" window.
   - Click on "Edit" button (in the "Web Sites" section of "Internet Options" window)
3. In the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window, enter www.datamaxstlouis.com in the textbox for "Address of Web site" and click on "Allow" button.
4. Click "OK" to close the "Per Site Privacy Actions" window.
5. Click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" window.
6. Open AOL (& login) and start browsing the website (www.datamaxstlouis.com).

If you're using AOL 7.0 with IE 6.x

1. Fully close AOL before applying the settings (AOL inherits the browser settings from Internet Explorer)
2. Open IE browser. Select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy

If you're using AOL 7.0 with IE 5.5

1. From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings.
2. Select Preferences
3. Select Internet Properties (WWW)
4. Select the Security tab
5. Select the Custom Level tab
6. Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
7. Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
8. Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings

If you're using AOL 6.0

1. From the AOL Toolbar, select Settings
2. Select Preferences
3. Select Internet Properties (WWW)
4. Select the Security tab
5. Select the Custom Level tab
6. Under "Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer" click "Enable"
7. Under "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)" click "Enable"
8. Select OK, Yes you want to save the settings
