What type of services is required?	Priority Emergency Call Your equipment is inoperable and you cannot make copies. We will respond as fast as we can and send a technician to your office.
	Emergency Call Your equipment is working, but is causing you problems. We will do everything possible to have a technician there within four working hours.
	Maintenance Call Your equipment is operating properly, but is due for a routine maintenance. We will be there as soon as we can - within the next two working days.
