Welcome to OnTrac, Datamax's new online support. Like its predecessor, TotalCare, with OnTrac you can place a service call, view service history, register your meter reading, place supply orders, download patches and more via the internet. The new version of OnTrac allows one account to have many users. Each user will be able to view all units within their department for more flexibility.

With OnTrac, you'll soon be seeing enhancements which will provide you with more information to you monitor your fleet.
